what we do AHR has recognised skills in postharvest physiology, plant antioxidants and beneficial compounds, sustainable vegetable production, development of vegetable cropping systems, horticultural crop physiology, variety assessment and plant protection. We have laboratory facilities at the University of Sydney, staff located in Sydney, Melbourne and Southeast Queensland. We are able to provide on-site training to growers and industry on aspects of vegetable production including agronomy, postharvest handling and water use efficiency. Agronomic consulting is another key strength of the team, especially in relation to vegetable crop production. AHR manages projects in southeast Asia (Vietnam and the Philippines) and has contacts in these countries.
